Emily is an outstanding agent that goes beyond expectations. She was in constant communication with us throughout the process, which was significant due to moving from another state. She made it easy for us to notify family and friends of our new address by taking photos of us at our home and sending out post cards to all. She even created a spreadsheet for us to load in contact information for everyone. Another useful tool she gave us was a list of landscaping and yard contractors in our area. The best agent I have ever worked with!!!

We started our home buying journey a little over a year ago with a pretty tight budget. Emily told us it might take a minute with it being pretty much a seller's market. So here we are 14 months later and closing on a home within our budget, in the school district we wanted to stay within and enough yard for our grandkids to grow and learn. Emily was amazing. Explained things with understanding. If we had questions and she didn't know the answer, she did what it took to find the information. She has a long list of resources which is very helpful when purchasing your first home. She is compassionate about helping find a good fit. I feel she went above and beyond getting us the best purchasing agreement we could ask for. She worked with the seller's agent and was able to negotiate repairs being completed. Emily did a fantastic job of assessing our home and suggesting items that could improve our asking price. She also had various resources to assist in repairs and minor projects when others were unavailable. The pictures and marketing of the home were fantastic. I would have wanted to tour the property after seeing what her and her team did! In the end, all parties were happy and I would highly recommend her!

I've worked with Emily twice now in the last year and both times were great experiences with great results. I was originally going to sell my house myself (by owner) but ended up picking Emily after she contacted me out of the blue and I got a chance to talk to her at length. A number of realtors contacted me actually and I talked to all of them as I wanted a backup in case I couldn't sell my house myself. She was easily the best match for me and I ended up using her right away as I realized she is very thorough, detailed, prepared and easy to work with. Most realtors gave me 3-4 "comps" but Emily had 10. She also had a lot of graphs and data regarding current industry trends, and they were targeted for my area no less. I'm a "numbers" guy so facts and information to back up decisions regarding the price of the house were really important to me. Emily had all that and was able to present a case for how much to list my house for, and how she came up with the price. Ironically her estimate came in higher than any of the other realtors I talked to (and it sold for $17k more than the other realtor's suggested I list it at). When I got married and needed a realtor again 6 months later we used Emily straight away and she sold my wife's house in 5 days at the price we listed it at! (A few weeks later I ran into another realtor at a social gathering who said it sold for an outstanding price). I highly recommend Emily and will continue to use her in the future if I need a realtor again. She is honest, straightforward, easy to work with, and knows her stuff. She also will explain things in great detail and have the information/data needed to justify her suggestions. She's not pushy - just friendly and engaging and she goes out of her way to be prepared and to work with you every step of the way. I am grateful for her help and expertise and highly recommend her to friends now when I hear they're looking for a realtor.
